I had been saving this polka dot dress for my sister's graduation since I purchased it, I knew it was the perfect dress for the occasion! It's one of my favourite dresses in my closet now and I'm sure it's going to be very well used! When the weather starts to cool down I might pair it was a black leather jacket and tights.
