Ever since I picked up these flowers from the florist on Wednesday morning my heart has been singing. They made me so happy. Sometimes it is the simplest things that can make a week brighter! I hope everyone has the most wonderful weekend!

Recent Purchases

The best part of visiting Westfield Stratford last weekend was getting to see my sister and having Pinkberry. I know that must sound weird when I was surrounded my all these amazing shops, but it's true! However I didn't leave empty handed because that would have been just plain foolish! I got some more of my Christmas shopping done (I'm almost there now) and I did pick up a few goodies for myself but I was very very good (this lot came to less than £50). My favourite purchase of the day was the super soft Reindeer throw which is perfect for snuggling up with this holiday season!

I visited a Victoria's Secret store for the first time and I got to check out the H&M home collection in person (and I picked up some gifts because it was all so cute)! They also have a Kiko Store (I first discovered this brand in Paris) so I go to pick up a nail magnetic to go with my polish which I forgot in before!

They have a similar clutch available for just £4 and it comes in gold and dark grey. I'm now thinking I should have picked one up in both colours! 

Topshop Vs Matalan Studded Slippers

I posted before about these Topshop slippers being a great look for less of these Christian Louboutin shoes. But if the £28 price tag is still about too expensive for you then I've found an even cheaper alternative.

These studded slippers from Matalan retail for just £10. They're not quite as studded as the Topshop version, but at that price they're a steal. They're sold out online now but they're still available in stores. I picked up a pair a few weeks ago to keep in my locker at work since they're so comfy to throw when I'm on my feet all day.

At just £28/$56 the VECTRA4 Canvas Studded Slippers are a steal and they now come in a whole rainbow of colours perfect for summer, I love the pink, blue and yellow!

If you're not completely sold on the spike trend then Zara has a pair of studded slippers, that are only studded around the front. They come in black and beige colour and retail for just £25.99/$49.90

If you follow Glitter Guide on Instagram or Twitter you will have seen the ever so cute Me Too Patty flats Taylor has been wearing. They retail for $89 and come in a few colour choices!

They come in black and snake skin but in store they have the nude pair on sale for just £5. The store by me still had quite a few pairs left, so I'm sure they're still in stores! My only criticism is I wish the bow was bigger, but for £5 I'll settle with these!

Kate Middleton was seen wearing this gorgeous Zara Lace Tulip Dress earlier this month! It retails for £69.99 ($99) if you can still find one! Of course it has sold out just like everything else she has been seen wearing this year!

Although it's not exact and it's from an old collection, this Rodarte for Target Lace Print Dress reminded me of Kate's dress the second I saw her in it! You can still find this dress new on Ebay (there's some auctions on Ebay right now)! I managed to score a brand new for just £11 the other week! Perfect for a holiday party!
