February is a month to fill with love (even if you're a single girl). These cookie bouquets are perfect a way to say I love you to anyone special in your life! I made them for a dessert for a family dinner last week!
I got the idea from a recipe from Stacie Bakes. She used a shortcake based biscuit but you can bake your love's favourite type of cookie and just add in the lollipop sticks before baking (make sure to push them in far enough so they don't fall off). Stacie encourages you to have fun with baking and make adaptions to her recipes, so I gave my icing a twist by colouring pink and making it raspberry favoured for a Valentine's theme. Then comes the fun part decorate them anyway you like and then tie them up with ribbon in a bouquet that tastes just as good as it looks!
