Lea Michele/Rachel Berry in H&M On Glee

Did anyone catch this weeks episode of Glee? I was excited to see Lea Michele's character Rachel Berry wearing this super cute H&M polka dot blouse! I have the same one in navy (seen here). It's sold out online but I've seen it in stores recently! I love my navy one so much I may just have to pick up the cream version too!
