Double Coconut Muffins

I can't remember where I saw the link to these muffins last week (maybe on Twitter?) But thank you to whoever posted it! As soon as I read it I knew I had to go and find somewhere that sold coconut oil, it's not to easy to track done around here! I made a batch of these at the weekend using this recipe, and they still taste nice and moist today!!

Next time I want to try making them dairy free and add in some pineapple too!

Outfit OfThe Day: Desert Floral Skirt

I started my 3 day weekend off with a day of shopping and eating!! After the sunshine from last weekend I wanted to start wearing some more of my spring pieces! It wasn't warm enough to wear this skirt without tights and boots, so I added some extra layers to keep warm!

Wow we're already into the third month of the year, I swear this year if flying past quicker than last year if that's even possible! I am a very happy girl as I have a 3 day weekend to enjoy!!


My friend Anna gave my this gorgeous hand painted gift from Peru she picked up on her travels! It'll be perfect for laying my rings in to keep them safe!

When I posted last week I hadn't opened the mini Malteaster Bunnies, but when I did they were almost too cute to eat!

I had a sweet memory left from Amy & Dan's Wedding to enjoy.
