Happy Friday!! This morning I woke to the sound of rain, now I don't like the rain unless I can be wrapped up indoors but it was a welcome change from the soaring temperatures we've had this week! As much as I love summer I don't sleep well during the warmer months, so I'm looking forward to cooler, darker nights and lots of sleep!

Hello Louboutins

I'm still waiting for someone to pinch me, because I still can't believe that I won these gorgeous Christian Louboutin shoes! Last month I had so much fun snapping pictures to enter the contest Millie's Cookies were having on their Facebook page. I was more than shocked when I got the phone call to say I'd won! When I was in Paris earlier this year I tried on the Ron Ron's (yes I was dreaming away) and so I knew that they were the pair I wanted. These are such a classic pair and I've been trying them on with so many outfits already! Now I've just got to be brave and take them out on the pavement!

Happy Friday, it always comes around so quickly! This week has been a pretty good one and when I saw they had some peonies at the florist it made my day! I'm looking forward to relaxing over the long weekend even if mine is Sunday to Tuesday. I can't believe September is just around the corner!

I hope everyone has been enjoying their weekend! I had a very busy week at work since I was only in for 3 days, but it was totally worth it! On Thursday I got to meet my friend's precious baby girl! She's the most adorable baby I have ever met and I am so in love with her! It's nice to be able to have lots of cuddles and then hand her back to her mum!!

London, Louboutins & Laduree

My mum surprised me with a trip to London for my birthday last weekend and I got to see my sister and she invited my friend Anna to join us too! We went to the Design Museum to check out the Christian Louboutin exhibition(no pictures were aloud inside sadly)! Of course after seeing all those gorgeous shoes we had to go and try some on! So off we headed to Selfridges were we tried on lots of Louboutins, unfortunately they are slightly out of my price range at the moment but I have been inspired to save for a pair and they will be my next splurge! On Sunday we went to Laduree to try out the macarons, they taste like heaven my favourite was the almond and marshmallow! I also had some time to check out the sale in Harvey Nichols and Harrods were I spotted a lot of goodies (including this Mulberry) although I left there empty handed I did make some purchases in Topshop!
