Au Revoir February, I feel like I've missed most of you, but March is almost here and that means Spring, which I plan on filling full of florals and pastels! It's been a busy week at work but the highlight of my week was having Lauren Conrad like two of my instagram pictures, #fangirlmoment!!!!! Happy weekend everyone!

This peach sweater was a favourite of mine last Spring and I'm hoping that the weather will take note that I'm wearing it again and start to brighten up!

Just a few little things that keep me smiling through these winter days. Since I gave my bedroom a little makeover last month it's  been so nice to come home after a long day at work at just put my feet up in my little space I've created and filled with the things I love most.

When I want to stay in my PJ's all day but I know that it's not a possibility, I reach for the softest comfiest pieces I own and this cashmere cardigan is one of those! I found the layered crystal necklace at a local vintage store at the weekend and decided it went so well with my outfit that I needed to take it home (I put it on before i even left the store).

Happy Friday! The weeks are just rolling by, I'm starting to lose track of where we are this year, it's March next weekend, I feel like I've missed all of February. The nights are starting to get longer and all the fresh flowers and making me crave the arrival of Spring.

I am completely in love with this sweatshirt from Cake for Breakfast, it is super comfy, chic and it makes me want to hop on a Eurostar and head straight to Paris. I'm so excited for Tessa to launch her Spring line next month I'm sure it's going to be full of pretty pieces.

I think I need to just start throwing my hair in a ponytail in the mornings because as soon as I walk out the door the wind does its damage. On the plus side it wasn't raining and the sun came out for the day, could Spring be on it's way?

Morning

The mornings don't seem very inviting at the moment with all the wind and rain outside my window. Winter seems to have been going on for ever this year and I'm an eagerly awaiting Springs arrival with sunshine pouring through the curtains to wake me up. Until then though I've had to think of some other ways to make the mornings appear a little brighter. Fresh flowers on the night stand placed next to a pretty clock make for the perfect first vision of the day as I reach over to turn off the ringing alarm. I've then been making breakfast smoothies and juices from this book to make sure I start off the day full of energy. How do you like to start off you winter mornings?
