Sorry that it's been so quite on the blog this week! I've been busy with my mini bedroom makeover and yesterday was the first time I got properly dressed all week, although I won't really complain about living in sweats all week! I'll be back with some outfit posts next week!

I am keeping my room pretty neutral since the walls are cream, I'll have a white dresser and my accessories are gold. I want to bring in some colour to my room and the curtains seem the perfect way and of course I'm planning on getting pink ones!

I'm using some of my holiday leave from work this week to give my bedroom a little freshen up before Spring arrives.  I don't plan on spending too much but my biggest investment will be a new dresser since my old one was pretty broken (I won't cram those drawers too full with clothes this time!). I'm planning to pick up this one from Ikea that I've had my eye on for over a year now. I love the idea of having a gold mirror on it so I've been busy pinning away ideas and I'm on the look out for the perfect one.

It's Friday, I've over slept and I'm now in a rush to get ready (but still taking time to write this). However after work today I do have a week off  and my bedroom is getting a new coat of paint and a little spruce up for Spring! I have to fly now, can't be late for work, Happy Friday!!!

Dream Shoes

If my Kate Spade Keds and my J Crew Shiny Ponies had a baby it might possible be my dream shoe! After a stressful day last week I was looking at my shoes and this idea just came into my head and as soon as I put brush to canvas the rest of my day was forgotten. White & gold polka dots with a hint of blush pink is my idea of perfection. If these shoes ever came to life you can bet they'd have a pink sole!
