Happy Friday Reader's! I hope everyone in the USA had a wonderful Thanksgiving yesterday.

I feel like I have been MIA this month but the past couple of weeks has been filled full of friends and fun, including are little baby girl turning 6 months old.

Tonight I'm off to the see the Christmas lights get switched on in my home town and have my first glass (or two) of mulled wine this year, I can't wait!

I got a nasty cold over Christmas and New Year, so I have been making an effort to get out and get some fresh air even when it's damp and miserable outside. This sweater from SheIn is over sized perfection! It's super snuggly and perfect to throw on when you're not feeling too well, it'll soon warm you up.

I hope 2017 has been off to a fabulous start for everyone! It's been rather chilly here and I feel like winter is only just starting. I knitted some snoods for my friends as Christmas gifts and just had time to make myself a longer version too! I have been wearing it none stop, it's just so warm! I am going to try and expand my knitting skills this year and try some more adventurous projects! 

I'll be sharing some of my 2017 goals later this week with you all!

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas with your loved ones! 

I had such a busy week leading up to Christmas I didn't get a chance to share all these gorgeous goodies from Talking Tables with you on the blog, although you might have seen them over on my Snapchat (sparklystacey) or Instagram. 

We had planned a winter woodland them for our Christmas table setting this year and Talking Tables kindly sent over some pieces to finish off our table. Most of the decorations are from the Nordic Christmas Range, which is perfect for Christmas but also if you wanted to throw a winter birthday party. I adore polar bears so this was my favourite Christmas range Talking Tables had this year. There's also some free printables that are part of the range including a mini banner so you can add some fun finishing touches to your party. 

I love that most of these pieces I'll be able to get out year after year and the star lights are going to be used throughout the year. We also enjoyed playing some games on Christmas Day that Talking Tables sent over, they have a great range including some classic with a new twist. I love a fun Christmas jumper and I have a few in my closet but when I saw this adorable polar bear one that also had pink detailing on it I knew I needed to add it to my collection, even if it wasn't my size haha! The fact that it's on the bigger size only makes to more snuggly. I can't believe we are only a few days away from Christmas now and the end of 2016, this year has certainly been one that I won't be forgetting in a hurry.
