2016

As we head into the last day of 2016, I thought I would share some of my favourite moments from the  blog and life this year. 2016 has been a year full of ups and downs and it hasn't quite finished in the way I would have liked it to, but I am taking away some memories I will treasure forever.

I managed to blog more this year than in 2015 but still not as much as I had hoped too. I did get the opportunity to collaborate with some amazing brands this year on the blog, including SheIn, Talking Tables, Romwe, Uncommon Goods, StyleWe, Tiny Prints and Victoria Emerson

On a more personal level I had a jammed packed year, I got to watch a few of my close friends tie the knot, we got to celebrate on their Hen Weekend's before and there are now some babies on the way too! I also got to travel to Sorrento (I just realised that I never wrote a post on that) with Sean, watched my first peonies bloom in my garden, attended Wimbledon for the first time with my sister and the highlight of my year, getting to be bridesmaid for my best friend!

As for what 2017 will hold? Well I know that it is going to be a year full of changes and I am going into the New Year not knowing what will happen and full of uncertainty. But I am sure that what ever does happen, good or bad it will all be part of a bigger plan and I will come out of it stronger.

I can share the two things I do have planned that I am counting down the days until. Afternoon Tea at the Ritz in London with my best friend (it was my thank you gift for being a bridesmaid) and we are also taking a trip to Athens in February with our partners, which I cannot wait for!

I am not sure what 2017 holds for the blog either. My little sister is moving and she takes all of my outfit pictures for me, so I will have to figure out a new plan for that. I'm hoping that I'll be able to blog at least as much as I have done this year and maybe even more if I can better manage my time. Hopefully I'll be able to work with some more wonderful brands and continue on some current partnerships.

Thank You to Everyone who has stopped by my blog, any of my social media accounts and liked a post or left a sweet comment! The friendships I have made through blogging are still without a doubt my favourite thing to have come from the blogger world!

Wishing you and all your families a very happy, healthy and adventurous 2017!

XOXO

Winter Woodland Christmas Table Setting

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas with your loved ones!
I had such a busy week leading up to Christmas I didn't get a chance to share all these gorgeous goodies from Talking Tables with you on the blog, although you might have seen them over on my Snapchat (sparklystacey) or Instagram
We had planned a winter woodland them for our Christmas table setting this year and Talking Tables kindly sent over some pieces to finish off our table. Most of the decorations are from the Nordic Christmas Range, which is perfect for Christmas but also if you wanted to throw a winter birthday party. I adore polar bears so this was my favourite Christmas range Talking Tables had this year. There's also some free printables that are part of the range including a mini banner so you can add some fun finishing touches to your party.
I love that most of these pieces I'll be able to get out year after year and the star lights are going to be used throughout the year. We also enjoyed playing some games on Christmas Day that Talking Tables sent over, they have a great range including some classic with a new twist. Be sure to head on over to Talking Tables if you are looking to add to your game collection!

Thank You to Talking Tables for Collaborating on this Post.

I can't believe Christmas is just two days away now. I still have a few little bits I need to finish off, so I will be glad when work is done today and I can look forward to spending the next week with all my loved ones and hopefully ending 2016 with lots of fun and laughter!
I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas Weekend!
Thank You for stopping by my little blog this year :)
