Nail Color: Tart Deco & Glitzerland

I thought spring was on the way, but after the weather the past few days I'm not too sure now! At least my nails are ready for some spring weather! I love Essie's Tart Deco, for a nice bright pop and OPI's Glitzerland matched with my Melinda Maria ring perfectly!

    Love this combination, the Glitzerland looks great with the rin. I would wear the Tart Deco all summer, its such a happy color!
