Transitional Scarves + A Giveaway

& Bracelet - save 25% with code 'fiveminutestyle25'

I have a huge scarf collection, they are one of my favourite accessories and that is why I am always so happy when autumn rolls around and I can start to add more of them back into rotation. Victoria Emerson has a wonderful selection of scarves, currently on sale too, that make transitioning into fall easy. These scarves are lightweight so they are perfect for layering up when there is a chill in the air and they also add a pop of colour to a simple jeans and a tee outfit! This Navy & Rose Print Floral Scarf is my favourite as I start to wear a lot of denim when the weather starts to cool down and I think it pairs perfectly.

And now for a little giveaway! Want to own your very own Victoria Emerson Scarf and Wrap Bracelet? I am giving you the chance to win this gorgeous navy & white tassel scarf and a classic pearl wrap bracelet and a $50 gift card that can be spent on the US site which ships worldwide! Yep that means you can enter no matter where you are in the world!

To enter head on over to my Instagram page later today, 'spark1988' and follow my account along with the Victoria Emerson Instagram page here and then simply like the giveaway post (which will be the above picture). It's that simple but for an extra entry you can leave a blog comment telling me what you would spend the $50 gift card on and there'll be some extra ways to enter over on Instagram too! The giveaway will run until September 28th 2016 11:59pm BST.

GOOD LUCK

Thank You to Victoria Emerson for partnering on this post!

Let's Get Crafty: Big Bamboo Wool Scarf

I decided to put my new knitting skills to the test with a scarf after I saw this Big Bamboo wool. I made it with only a little bit of help, I haven't mastered casting on yet! I had a hard time choosing a colour so I think I might go back and get some more wool and make another one!

Just a note, you only need to cast on 13 stitches

I think I do a good job for my first attempt, I was so proud of my scarf I wore it out for lunch on Sunday!
